Had to change rooms- first room was 80 degrees and the refrigerator didn’t work. Second room was 80 degrees and while the refrigerator worked, the TV remote did not. The room(s) both smelled like cigarette smoke, had cracked tile in the bathroom, and a rogue drain in the floor in front of the toilet where you could literally hear water running. Worst experience I’ve had at a motel. Rooms were dirty and outdated. Walked in and first thing I saw were spiders on the wall. Immediately checked out and ask for a refund. Was told no problem. Problem…. After many calls I still haven’t received the refund. When I try to talk to someone they barely can speech English and they are very rude. My advice would be to stay away…!!!

BEWARE: Unfortunately this hotel is not as advertised. The pictures of the rooms are not comparable to what we stayed in. I regret not taking pictures of our room and the surrounding property. First our AC didn’t work during the July 4th heatwave. 85 degrees by the morning. Because of the heat our toilet was sweating which caused our bathroom floor to be a hazard. Hotel rooms were clean and as advertised. The staff was friendly and they served a good breakfast on the weekends. Parking is adequate and there is bright sunlight right outside your room doors in the morning if you are about these things. The owner is present on the property to answer any questions and assist as needed. It is also 15 mins from Hershey's attractions so an ideal place to crash at after spending the day at the theme park.
