I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. I paid for my non-refundable reservation on July 30th and checked in on August 4th. Upon arrival, the front desk staff informed me there would be a security deposit, which I paid without issue. Weeks later, I’m told that this hotel supposedly does not even do security deposits. This is beyond unprofessional. How do you take someone’s money, then later claim your hotel doesn’t even have such a policy? Price was good, but cleanliness was horrible. Long hairs in the shower. After cleaning up after a spill in our room, looked at the disinfectant wipe, it was black! Will not stay there again.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. Never ever have I walked out of a hotel knowing I would not get a refund. Please see real pictures of what this hotel looks like. Imagine the smell. I didn’t get 1/3 of what I should have taken pictures of.
