If I could give this place zero stars I would. Never ever have I walked out of a hotel knowing I would not get a refund. Please see real pictures of what this hotel looks like. Imagine the smell. I didn’t get 1/3 of what I should have taken pictures of. Professional and courteous staff on check in. Room clean. Beds comfortable. Easy access off highway. Quiet.
Staff was very kind and accommodating, I was in the area for a wedding and they were willing to allow me a late check out of 1:00pm for no additional charge, which was very kind. However, know that if you stay here, the rooms are less than ideal. Paint peeling off the walls, tub that does not drain well, dirty appearing and outdated carpet. On top of that, we were initially given keys to a room that was not cleaned yet, which wasn’t a big deal and was an easy fix, but worth noting.
