Dirty smelly rooms for pet rooms. Stains on rugs and fan runs and smells like stinky dog. No maintenance. Cover up odors with pet powder and plugs in. No discount for poor service or for inconvenience room. Mold in coffee maker in room.
I just need to give a huge shout out to Kathie! She was absolutely amazing! After traveling all day and being slightly slap happy delirious, Kathie helped us get in our room quickly! She also dealt with my brother, my mom, and I being absolutely silly and crazy! Thank you again Kathie, we made it to Michigan and got my mom moved in!
The building could use some sprucing up, but my room was clean and tidy (even the vent cover! ). The breakfast was pretty basic but again, things were clean. Some other hotels I recently stayed in were in better condition but not as clean. I'll take clean. The lady at the desk at night was very nice. The chap in the morning was too busy on his phone to engage.
It was late. Kathie was quick and we were in our clean and comfortable room in no time! Thank you Kathie, for a great greeting! Thanks to the whole Team for a very nice room!
