Rooms were spacious and location was good. Really bad hospitality. We asked for a soup bowl and they denied with a reason that their restaurant wont allow to take a empty soup bowl. Next thing was more shocking as we requested for a bottle opener and they said bring down the bottle to reception and we shall open for you. No change of towels. Really disappointed with the service. Will never recommend.
Nice and clean, TV was a bit fuzzy and the wall outlet was a bit loose for my phone charger. But amazing service, fantastic views, and delicious breakfast. Quick and easy spot just off of the highway and a short drive to get into Golden. Highly recommend it
This place is not good. Went to the room and after seeing i was disgusted. The room was dirty needed many repairs and terrible. One light in the corner that’s all lighting. I was not letting my two small children stay there. Went to the office and demanded full refund. Which I had to fight to get it. The staff are not friendly. This place is not good for the $450.00 a night price tag
