Very rude experience here. I came down to work in the lobby as I usually do when I stay at hotels at 5:00 a.m.. and the owner was furious with me and refused to let me into the lounge area. Besides that, the whole building is very old, I could barely open my door as the carpet drags on the door and smells awful. I don't recommend staying here mostly based on the customer service experience.
