Awful service. Extremely rude staff (management) Unsanitary rooms, stains on blankets towels curtains and walls, dirty floors. Cigarette burns on blankets, holes on curtains. Dust all over the place. Just see the pictures and you’ll see what I’m talking about.

Incredibly close to the temporary job I had. The room was clean and had everything I needed to make my stay comfortable. The area is quiet at night and seems safe. I never felt worried about my truck. The front desk people were very nice.

Was on a business trip that coincided with GTC and all the hotel rooms near San Jose were sold out or out of company budget so had to stay here. Terrible mistake. This hotel is super outdated and in major need of renovation. I checked in very late in the evening and my room has a stale odor. The bathroom shower had a broken shelf with rusted exposed brackets, missing shower gel. The room didn’t not feel clean at all.
