Hotel staff kept face against the glass ,eyes shaded with hands Peeping in my family's room. Three different times. I video recorded the 3rd time. They never once knocked on the door. .
When I arrived at the hotel they tried to charge my card for the room that had already been paid for before I got there. The receptionist was very rude. The room was clean and nice. Location for my trip was perfect.
