I’ll start by saying animals shouldn’t be allowed to be in rooms because the rooms don’t get clean good next guest get the room it smells like dog pee not good this hotel was horrible and had the nerve to charge you a hundred fee if smoke in that nasty room the man at front desk kept expressing it why I don’t know we was so uncomfortable we slept in the car the rest of the night that’s just how nasty and smelly it was your staff had no English translation smh clean this place up and stop letting animals stay there and the tv... read more
There were roaches on the walls and a pill left in the floor and my daughter said look it's a gem
Came with my husband and kids. There was blood on the bathroom door a lot of it. They tried to downplay the situation but I was given another room only that room had blood in that room too. They did nothing to fix the problem. Left earlier than I planned to. Horrible customer service. I was told I would get a call back for a partial refund but haven’t heard nothing since.
