Stayed here with my significant other and it was horrible. Room service doesn't offer new towels, you have to ask for toilet paper, the breakfast was the WORST! There wasn't a juice machine, they only had cereal, toast with peanut butter and a waffle maker! The pool was GREEN the entire duration of our stay. Absolutely disgusting I would not recommend
Roach infested and the floors were dirty. It was obvious that they do not clean very well and do not care about the facilities.
This place, what can I say, the first room they gave me smelled horrible, the tv didn't work, there appeared to be mold in the bathroom, bedroom ceiling and wall. It did not clean and fresh at all. My DIL went back down to the lobby and told them about the room and they gave me another room. It was better but my grandson stayed up all night because he wouldn't sleep in the bed.
