This is by far the worst hotel experience my wife and I have ever had. The room was filthy, covered in stains on the walls, furniture, floors, dressers. It does not appear to be cleaned regularly at all. Withing moments of stepping into the hotel room here, my son discovered two cockroaches. We had to disinfect the sheets that smelled like old water, and any other surface that we were going to touch for the night. My family booked 5 rooms on the way home from Florida on 6/19/26 and within 5 minutes of being in the rooms we saw cockroaches in 2 of the rooms and what seemed to be a lice bug in one of those rooms. We showed one of the crushed roaches in a napkin to the front desk attendant and they did not seem to be phased about it. There were also several people that appeared to be homeless hanging around the outside as well. We needed a quick place to stay for 1 night driving from DE to Daytona Beach, FL found this inexpensive place right off 95. The room was fairly clean. Someone left a little pile of dirt behind the bathroom door. Like I said it was cheaper than the others and we were tired. It served it's purpose. I would stay again in a pinch
