No breakfast for months except advertise a breakfast on the booking portals. Staff helpful but clearly tired of the moaning about how old tired and dirty rooms can be on overhearing
Location has its perks and its issues. Not the best area of town, and trying to get into and out of the only entrance and exit is a huge challenge considering it’s directly off of pacific hwy right by one of the busiest traffic lights in federal way. With that being said, it is within walking distance to anything you could need during your stay. In desperate need of repairs
Property is not kept clean trash in parking lot and hallway. Website said the offer breakfast but no longer served. Rooms said they were updated but there is visible damage. I have stayed at other hotels that’s are better kept for the same price
Very bad the front desk and the room we stay in room 110 and very bad bathroom door didn't close ceiling was moldy
