Train staff on customer service skills. Snatching debit cards is not necessary especially when we can tap/insert our own cards on the machine on the counter. Breakfast was too basic, waffles and oatmeal were the only safe items to consume. Apple juice 🤢 water was warm, coffee was disgusting, syrup was too sweet, bagels were expired. Hair in shower and on towels upon arrival. Cat outside door disregarding those with cat allergies.

They have treated my experience at this location, more than just a hotel visit. Staff is very helpful with pleasant attitudes, and the house keepers are awesome ❤️🫶🏽
Este hotel literalmente me salvo la vida, llegue como a las 9-10pm del hotel de al lado que estaba lleno de cucarachas y tenían habitaciones disponibles. Todo muy limpio todos los dias limpian cambian las toallas, etc. Muy amables. El desayuno bien, no muchas cosas pero para el precio excelente. Los waffles deliciosos. Me salvaron de dormir en un lugar lleno de cucarachas. Todo muy limpio, muy contenta con este lugar
