Walked in, paid 180 ( includes 50 dollar damage fee ) for a queen bed. Walked into the room and in the toilet was dirty, someone forgot to flush it, went to the pool area for the hot tub to find out there is no hot tub as it wasn’t mentioned to me while checking in nor on the site I booked the room, have no where to go? Sure stay here, but if you can go somewhere else do it.
This hotel experience wasn’t the greatest. We stayed two nights total. The breakfast in the mornings was awful, even though this dining area was very nice. They removed the hot tub so there is no hot tub just a pool, which felt like it was heated slightly. The bed frame suck out on the bed which looked as if it was covered up with a bed skirt and left a nasty bruise on my leg. The heater/AC unit was awful! Everything was great soup to nuts. Particularly Richard at the front desk was an All Star. The Uber in the area I found to be a little rude both rides. But that has nothing to do with the hotel. Service was great room was great.. cleaning lady was blasting her music while she was cleaning that might be something they could talk about but that's another story for the most part this hotel was aces
DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE NO WHERE ELSE TO GO. Room was dirty. I did not feel safe. The room was freezing. The comforter on the bed was just as thin as the sheets. When I asked for a blanket that was no better.
