The hotel is so clean and same like pictures The staff so friendly and it’s in downtown near to everything I recommend it
I don't know I didint go in I was parked out side
I just wanted to leave a review of how disappointed I was with this hotel while I was in Edmonton over the weekend. I understand that the hotel is being renovated but it should make people aware that the air conditioning was not operating and was forced to stay there or else I would be charged for short cancellation policy. There was a one inch gap between our door and the floor so there was absolutely no noise cancellation, I have stayed there many times to attend events at Roger Centre, but the homeless people heckling us ... read more
There was a new shower since my last stay, it was quiet, and the bed was comfortable. I would stay here again. My pin didn't work, and the banking was offline, they let me stay with an increased security deposit.
