The whole experience overall was a 0/10, there were several of flies in the curtains, and around the room. There were also ROACHES in the room. The room smelled horrible especially the bathroom, it smelled like feces. The carpet absolutely reeked. The phone does not work, the bed made us sore because they were so hard, and the beds had stains on them.
July 10th of 2025 not for people with wheelchair. Also had a horrible room worst place I've ever stayed had water leakage in room needed to be on bottom no elevators. Had to find a different hotel asp because I have a handicap daughter. They never reimbursed us although said we try to get our money back. Wasn't our fault couldn't stay musty smelling also. Horrible buffet. I didn't eat there. Not friendly at all.
Rooms were very clean ! Phil front desk agent was very cool . He knew his job well . Very pleasant also . They have a nice pool and a bar also ! No complaints at all ! Great price ! Mini fridge was great ! I’d stay here again !
