(Since your hotel staff don't care to fix anything, I don't care about being vocal about it either. This review page is FULL of empty promises.) Run-down and atrociously smelling business. Friend booked this for our guys weekend and I checked the reviews here before we arrived, sounded like alot of things were being brought to management or maintenance which was good. However when we eventually got to the room, it was gross. Smelled like a flooded basement and alot of furniture was broken/dilapidated. Doesn't seem like anything they are responding to in these reviews is actually being fixed. Probably will not return here
My boyfriend and I booked this place not expecting anything extravagant, just a place to stay and get back on the road. The gentleman who booked us over the phone was very kind and accommodating. Was advertised as a non-smoking room but was so coated in cigarette smoke it sent me into an mcas flare that I had to take meds that knocked me out for over a day to get through it. Asked to leave early first night but had no response on if I could get a refund for days not used so I stayed out of fear of losing that money AND the cost of a new place to stay.
