I had an absolutely terrible experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I felt uneasy and unsafe. The room itself was filthy: the bathroom was disgusting with hair on the floor, peeling paint, and the toilet seat in disrepair. Worst of all, I found a bed bug on the bed, which is completely unacceptable. My supervisor called the hotel, and they didn’t even bother to dispute the issue, which shows they’re fully aware of their poor conditions. I normally stay at a different hotel when I stay in Dublin but it was sold out. I picked this hotel by looking at the website. I felt very mislead by many of the pictures as the lobby and my room did not look like the pictures I saw on the website. I actually apologized to my wife when we entered the room. This is not the normal level we are accustom to staying at. This is all I am going to say about the condition of the hotel.
My fiance and I loved staying here.
