I normally stay at a different hotel when I stay in Dublin but it was sold out. I picked this hotel by looking at the website. I felt very mislead by many of the pictures as the lobby and my room did not look like the pictures I saw on the website. I actually apologized to my wife when we entered the room. This is not the normal level we are accustom to staying at. This is all I am going to say about the condition of the hotel.

This hotel gets zero stars. Booked way in advance, came down from NC, only to find room 105 infested with bed bugs. Took my chances on inspecting another room ... Room 102, and more bed bugs as well as cigarette holes in fresh bed sheets. This is truly unacceptable. I do not know who to voice a complaint to ensure something is done about this. I took pictures of the many bugs crawling in the seam of the mattress. DON'T STAY HERE !!!! Watched as the hotel continued to book rooms after notifying them of the bed bug infestation... read more
