Had a nice stay clean rooms comfortable bed
I’m a globally well traveled US Marine since boot camp at MCRD San Diego..1985…( complements of the United States Marine Corps ). I’ve had the privilege of staying globally in some luxury …some mid grade …and some real dives. This Days Inn located at 2810 North 9th Street, St. Louis, Mo…is in what is perceived as a rough part of town …with what seems as consistent bad reviews on various subjects pertaining to the motel. When we first arrived we thought GPS had taken us to the wrong location. This hotel is in the middle of an industrial area and the neighboring houses are in pretty bad shape. But we were in the right spot. As we got checked in there were some rough characters in the parking lot. We rode an elevator that smelled like weed up to our room. The room itself wasn't too bad for what we needed, just somewhere to sleep and shower. The shower had full water pressure and the bed was decent.
