I was here between places and I was very comfortable at this location.
No blankets on bed, blood drops on carpet. No breakfast, Pool was closed. Bathroom ceiling had mold and peeling paint. Was given a different room nite 2 still only sheets on bed when asking for blankets was told they don't have them, because they were in poor shape. Pool still closed and to top it off the TV quit so was stuck in a room staring at 4 walls. The worst part was the customer service. They refused any discount or refund and man at desk was very rude and said not his problem and he wasn't going to do anything about... read more
Bed sheets had stains on them, burn holes. Shampoo bottle was half empty. Giant cockroach I killed on carpet. Contacted front desk and sent pictures waiting to hear back from management about it. Not happy with stay. Couldn’t get the TV to work.
