Nasty from start to finish.. Tried to put handicapped person in a room virtually inaccessible. Also tried to charge for service dog, which is against the law. Just wanted me to take his word that he had cancelled the room when we realized it wouldn't work for us. Took some time to get a company written proof of refund. He wanted to just write some thing on a sticky note. Ended up at the Delta Inn. Couldn't have been happier. They really make you feel like they value you.
The room was very large with plenty of storage space. The bathroom sink faucet was ridiculously short so that your hands had to rest on the back of the sink. The manager was extremely rude, to say the least. On top of raising his voice at me for not remembering my room number, it was hard to understand him because he would mumble when he spoke which combined with a thick accent, made it even harder. The best hotel. Super clean and the people who run it are incredibly nice. They took real good care of me. Y’all should stay here!
