Our family has been staying at the Days Inn in Plano for the past month after my grandma suffered a stroke, went through CPR, and was placed in hospice. During one of the most difficult seasons of our lives, the staff here has been nothing short of amazing. Hands down . The nicest place I've stayed at in years . People here are great , rooms are clean and location is great . Breakfast is simple but good .
The front desk attendants are really nice and helpful. Anything we needed they were able to assist. My nephew just had hip replacement and they were very accommodating to our needs. The breakfast is very minimal but good. My only complaint was the bedding. They were not clean at all. Even the new bedding they replaced were still dirty with stains and cigarette holes in them. I had a pillow case in my room with stains still on it. Not sure if any of the bedding gets washed but please come prepared with Lysol. I'm very big on ... read more
