checked in fine, pillows had long strands of hair on them, hair on the towels, small black hard rocks? under the blanket and fridge made sounds all night.
I gave 4 stars for the rooms because they are in the process of renovating. No big deal to me but I know some people might have issues with that. For me it was fine. Bed is super comfortable and the pillows are good. I found my room clean and doable. I've been staying here on and off for a couple months because I work out of town. I see other comments about roaches but I haven't had that problem. I'm a smoker and when my boss man reserves the rooms for us the gentleman at the front desk always remembers that. We lost power during the last ice storm. Sandi was extremely friendly when I called to see if they had any rooms left. Rooms are clean. Location is ideal for easy on and off 365. Thank you for helping us stay safe and warm after our generator died.
the only issue i had with the hotel was it was missing the thing on the tub for baths - so i couldn’t give my kiddos baths, just showers and the shower felt like it was gonna break if you stood in a certain place, it made creaking noises. i would stay again though, just different room.
