We havw a 3 floor room. Elevator is broken and stairwell lights are storbing like they are about to go out. Lobby 90*. Room windows literally screwed shut in violation of fire code. 1st request for extra pillow ignored 2nd request had me waiting in the 90* lobby for 10 minutes.after 3 trips up the stairs to unload car.
Nice room good service, good staff, great location, The bath tub has some wear, but everything is still good
