This is a good place to stay, all the CLC rooms was taken but the man was nice enough to get me a room so I don't have to try find another room like downtown Nashville .. the location is good but a few people just on drugs off property but haven't had any problems on property or anything. Rooms are good to... Haven't had breakfast..
The customer service was ok, it could have been better! My family and I went to stay there tonight and there was BED BUGS!!!! I got my deposit back but the guy at the front desk didn’t even offer to give me back my money for the room! He offered to give me another room. Everyone knows if you have bed bugs in one room all of them are like that. I will be messaging or contacting the property owner or management because that’s disgusting.
My family comes and stays here every year. We love the place they make sure all of our family is taking care of. Definitely a family friendly place to stay
