As someone in the hospitality industry, I was shocked at how rude the staff here is. I checked in online, and when I stopped by the front desk to grab my keys, they informed me that they had cancelled my reservation and sold out. I didn't receive any calls or emails of this, so I questioned how this happened, that's when the lady grabbed the manager. Had a great stay was nice and quiet great customer service there really welcoming the breakfast is good too.
Great location, clean room for the price we paid we’d come again when attending concerts nearby.
Room smelled like mold, the bed in the room made me and my wife itchy, Paid for 3 nights the lady working marked it down as 2 we only got money for 2 nights back, asked for the money back and the clerk argued with me saying he will call the cops. don’t go here!!!!!!!
The room was clean and comfortable. Linens and bedding were clean. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Service was fast and friendly. It is an Older and old-fashioned hotel format, but that’s reflected in the affordable price. The spa was more of a Small pool. If I had a little kids or if it were hot, it would’ve been a refreshing dip. It was clean. Overall, I would recommend recommend this hotel for someone who needs to be in the area and going out to things. It was a great homebase to have.
