The sheets were stained there was hair on them and the drawers were very gross. I had also found snot on the sheets. The price was not worth it I might be high class but that was not good hotel at all. The hot tub was also broken to there was nothing to do in this hotel
If I could give this place a zero star review, I would definitely do it. First off they lie about the amenities. There is no spa or pool like they say they do. This is your typical Patel Motel drama in which they don’t want to put any money into the property for the benefit of guest. They will lie cheat and make their guests suffer all for the American dollar. I checked in today and needed to make a few stock trades. I was not able top connect to hotel internet. The technical staff immediately came to my room and diagnosed the issues. As in turned, the problem was my laptop. The technician reset my network settings and there was no charge for a very complex issue!!!
By far the best hotel to stay at in Concord I recommend the jacuzzi tub room .the staff are all very respectful and attentive I will be coming back anytime I need to stay in Concord.
