I am currently at this hotel THERE’S NO ELEVATOR! I swear to you I read the reviews before I booked so I thought it would be a decent place to stay and the price was reasonable. Then we arrived. The neighborhood looks somewhat run down. The outside just looks old. When we were checking in the front desk young lady couldn’t get her sign on to work. She only apologized for the delay once. This hotel is very nice n cleanthe manager Stacey is very nice n hospitality n conversation with me was so helpful 🩷.The help was so gracious n helpful, bcuz I am handicapped, I am a cancer survivor, I had a triple bypass n coded out on the table n was n a coma for 2mnths, jst had a heart attack..recently fell bcuz I have vertigo n fractured my ribs n sprained my knee n ankle..these ppl at this hotel are a God send Angels to me..Rates r good,come n stay!!!!

I had a wonderful experience at this location, although I will say the star of the show was Ms. Leeasia at the front desk. From the moment my family and I walked in until checkout we have had nothing less than excellent customer service from her. Check in was quick and efficient, she made sure we got the room we asked for, any issues were attended to in a timely manner. Thank you so much for the experience after a long day of traveling for my family and I. Will be staying again
