YUCK! YUCK! YUCK! BED BUGS!!!! My stay at the Days Inn in Ohio (6/12-6/13) was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. After the first night, I started experiencing severe itching, which I initially assumed was from mosquitoes. By the second night, I woke up with bites on my face, arms, and legs. After seeking medical advice, I was told the bites were consistent with bedbugs. I had never dealt with anything like this before, and it was extremely upsetting and distressing. Made a reservation, they were unable to accommodate it when we arrived. When I attempted to get a refund they gave me the run around, avoiding all contact, and essentially screwing us out of $107. To add insult to injury, they gave me back a whopping $0.40. Can’t imagine how I’m going to spend that vast fortune. I can accept not getting a refund, but I don’t appreciate being completely ignored and getting no communication.
