Most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. Woke up with the worst pain ever in my back and hip. Hotel did not even supply full size pillows, just throw pillows to sleep with. Hotel did not supply basic amenities like wash clothes, body wash, lotions. The room itself seemed a little updated but the remainder of the hotel was very old and even smelled. $100 doesn't go as far as it did a few years ago. You can expect stained linens and floppy pillows. Decent facility, but WONDERFUL staff (friendly, responsive, helpful). Blankets and pillow cases were visibly stained (makeup and dirt). I asked for new ones, and they very gladly gave me freshly washed and folded ones (still warm from the laundry) that also had visible stains. The pool was not open "due to lack of handicapped accessibility". There were no seating areas outside.
