The management is fantastic helpful, accommodating. Never had a bad experience with the workers. Great for a cheaper stay
My room was dirty. Staff harassed me and basically called me a liar after being honest on their survey. I will never stay at another Days Inn ever due to this experience.
I love it when I can write a good review, unfortunately this is not one of those times. I booked the room through Wyndham. I specifically asked for a pool because I was visiting my granddaughter for the weekend. You can imagine her disappointment when we showed up in our swimsuits and were told the pool was out of order. I called Wyndham corporate and asked if I could be transferred to another Wyndham in the area (there are several). I was told I could file a grievance but management would have to give me a refund.
