The location was what I wanted, the staff was very nice. The room .. ok a shower chair or accessible bench is very inexpensive..$50 or less. I cut myself trying to walk on the floor..no carpet. Getting into the shower was challenging because there is no safe way of doing it without either falling(like I did in the shower and cutting myself again I didn't mind the wait 27 minutes but was,ok. Wide doors are a plus. I was able to navigate my wheelchair in the halls and the room. They have an automatic door opener which is cool.... read more
Location and service was nice. The rooms were nice and spacious, just felt very unclean. Stains on bedding, hair on sink and bathroom floor, and quite a few bugs.
