I recently completed a stay here (January 2026), and overall, I was disappointed with the accommodations. It initially looked good, but there are quite a few flaws. Pros: clean guest rooms, good internet. Cons: key cards do not open room doors in a quick, efficient manner (it literally took 10 swipes to get in the door, everytime), the fitness center was dirty and smelled of mold, the guest laundry facility was poorly maintained (trash/dirty), and the front desk attendant (Jack?) was unfriendly (and borderline rude). Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The service was very good and the staff were helpful and welcoming. The only downside for me was the food, which wasn’t really to my taste. Otherwise, the experience was positive.
Jack was beyond courteous and extremely accommodating. Breakfast was always good, and there was plenty of it. Call and book if you're in the coffeyville area!
