This is an AMAZING place to stay at if you're visiting Coffeyville. Customer service is outstanding and beyond your expectations. The rooms arr fantastic and the breakfast is delicious. You will not be disappointed with this establishment. Thanks, Jack for a great experience. We will be staying here each time we come to Coffeyville.
The bed was clean… that’s the only good thing here. Outside was dirty, trash piled up on the table outside. The back door doesn’t close at all. Dead bugs. Breakfast was cold. Shower tub was dirty. The floors overall were dirty. The front desk was playing music far too loudly until 10pm, I could hear it through my earbuds whilst playing my music. Then they started playing loud music again at 6am… Only came here because another pet-friendly hotel was booked. Just don’t bother looking here. Would be better to drive overnight.
Staff was exceptionally nice and well mannered... Rooms were clean n the breakfast was on par... Great experience overall!!
Clean Rooms. Very Friendly service when we needed pet friendly rooms at the last minute.
