Unfortunately our stay here was very unpleasant. After walking into the room and the first thing we noticed was a blood stained mattress, bugs scattered across the bathroom floor, and a vile bathtub, we had to move rooms. I will say they made it very convenient for us to move to the room right next door, a room that was tolerable at most. That doesn’t make up for the fact that the manager of this establishment is refusing to give a refund, or credit back for our troubles. The gentleman at the desk was very polite and helpful. He explained the rules and explained thing needed to me. I like staying at Wyndham and choice hotels that are clean and the staff are good. Good job general manager dipen Patel on the hotel presentation. Please congratulate your night time clerk on his professional actions and great service he did a great job.

The ratings are grossly overstated, even for an old budget motel. The bathtub was disgusting. We had to clean it before we used it. The paper “sanitized“ wrapper on the toilet seat didn’t make up for the tub. You could see light around the door leading to the outside when closed and we froze all night because when we turned on the heater, a disgusting noxious odor came out. Couldn’t use it. Staff was awesome and very accommodating. Comfortable rooms and a good breakfast. I recommend it for your stay in the area.
