Hotel looks old and unkempt. I ignored that and still took a couple of rooms for me and my guys. Big mistake, I found and killed many small roaches within 30 minutes of my stay. I brought my concerns up to the front desk and was brushed aside. The owner tried to gaslight me, saying no one has ever complained about roaches and then saying an exterminator visited that same morning. I asked them to cancel my reservation but they kept refusing to. Avoid this hotel, one of the worst, if not worst, places I’ve stayed.
Rooms are ok, AC is awful. Asked for a different room the AC didn't work at all In that room. So definitely need some AC repairs
My room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. The old middle eastern lady that checked me in had a standoffish attitude and somewhat rude. She was quick to get me out of her face and didn't want to talk about reviews or giving me a receipt upon checkout. I had to ask about reviews and my receipt in order to get them upon checkout.
