Clemson SC. Room was clean and no old smoke or dog smells. That was nice. Continental breakfast available at 6AM. The door was locked, guy at desk reading, looked up and said oh crap. Breakfast was not prepped. Waffle maker was not heated and there was no batter. No fruit no bread of any kind for toast no any thing that would require someone to prep. Changed our reservation from a king to two queens. Why am I allowed to reserve a room if on check in that room will "not be available?"

The first room given the AC was not working. But they immediately gave us another room that had working ac. The room was cozy. It suited all our needs and the bed was comfortable. Would stay here again.

Not sure how they can legally call these beds they’re slabs of granite. My body thinks I hate it. Cancelling the second night and looking for something else :/ in town for a graduation.

The room is refurbished and clean but the toilet seat was broken. The water was either super hot or cold. No water pressure. No couch in the room. The extra latch on the door was broken. Even though floors were new, it needs a lot of TLC. I could not figure out the television stations. It was not normal cable, almost like a roku. The room rate was really high because of an event at Clemson. Under normal circumstances I would never pay that much for this low quality. I paid it only merely out of convenience.
