The place is a streetside $50/night motel at bast. Friday a. Check-in took a long time because one of their computers was down. b. The WiFi was intermittent so they made me call their internet provider who couldn’t help and told me they would call back and never did. I had to use my hotspot to work c. Booked a room for my wife & I along with our small dog. Pre-paid including pet fee & we were denied our stay. Thankfully the Manager on duty was a very nice guy & helped us get our money back
Wow, for the money they charged, you would expect hot water, toilet seats that are not broken, and faucets that work. It's move in week for Clemson so they just figured they would take advantage of everyone. The night shift was super friendly and showed concern with our issues. The day shift on the other hand could care less. The place would be nice if the owner(s) invested some of the exorbitant price they charge back into the building.
