It’s a nice area. There is a grocery store walking distance. The room was clean. We did find a few stains on the bedding but they were clean. The bathroom toilet and the side of the tub were dirty with throw up. No big deal especially for the price I paid for a one night stay with my family. I always take clorax wipes with me. The breakfast was decent. We didn’t stay for breakfast because they didn’t have creamer for the coffee that morning. The front desk was kind and welcoming
The location is perfect, close to food, attractions, gas station. Room is clean. Staff is friendly. Downside: It's noisy because it's right off the intersection & AC unit was loud, we got used to it though. The Bedding felt a bit damp maybe because it's the season or we are not used to the local weather?
5/5 – Feels Like My Home Away From Home! This was my third time staying at this hotel, and once again, it was a fantastic experience. I had a nice visit at this hotel. I chose this hotel because of the location between 2 state parks (about halfway between Black Rock Mountain State Park and Tallulah Falls State Park). The day and night staff in the front office were friendly. The rooms were recently remodeled. My room was clean and comfortable and had a smart TV. The AC worked well. The hotel was on the main road and easy to find, but still quiet at night. Also, the downtown area of Clayton was less than 5 min away. I would definitely stay here again.
