Worst hotel in my life. The room smells like a wet towel and air is strangely humid. We asked the staff to change the room but got no support. No bath towel, shampoo and rinse provided. Don't stay here.
lovely place hyper convenient, close to everywhere, the staff are very friendly, I'm telling you you're not gonna regret that you choose to stay in days inn chincotigue va
The building is not clean overall. There was a huge bloodstain on the shower curtain in our room. The carpets, etc, in the common areas are very worn and not maintained. I know it's a Days Inn, not the Ritz Carlton, but this place is so far below the national standard for the chain I can't recommend it .
1. Horrible smell in the room. The carpet smells like a 10yo mop. We asked if we can change to other rooms. They told us no, all the old rooms smell the same. 2. Disgusting smell on the pillow. There were five pillows on the bed, 3 smelled like smoke and unwashed head. Very disgusting. 3. No shampoo/body wash in the room. I went to front desk around 1am and no one was there. I rang the bell like 4 times and no one. I ended up washing my hair using the only tiny soap.
