I travel around Canada a lot for work and in the past several years this is, without a doubt, the LOUDEST hotel I have ever stayed in. Im here for a week working nights and ALL. DAY. LONG. the housekeepers are going around slamming doors so hard my bed shakes. I know its them because I can hear the knocks followed by "housekeeping?" before SLAM SLAM SLAM literally all day.
It was really good room was clean
Trying to steal money from me on my credit card, I complained about this the day I seen it to your front desk people. Then your manager tells his staff to tell me I will get it back when I check out. Well I have been gone just about a week and still haven’t gotten my money back. Well time to contact the police and charge you guys with fraud and theft I guess.
The front desk was great! I'll definitely stay here again!
