Guest service team always goes above and beyond to accommodate last minute business trips. They are polite and quick to secure rooms. Upon request they will grant late check out and have a breakfast meal set aside when one of our crews are working night shift and running late to meet the breakfast cut off. Rooms and clean and quiet. This is my first choice whenever we find ourselves in Chetwynd. Ryan Saunders Troyer Ventures Ltd.

Great location, beds are very comfortable. Breakfast food horrible for free breakfast, they could do better; compared to other places we have stayed at, I give their breakfast a 1 out of 10. I asked for help the first time we were there for breakfast, the pancake batter was low and didn't work, the lady at the desk was not busy and said she would help and that there's something wrong with the machine. She said she would come and help, she kept doing whatever she was doing at the front desk and didn't come, so we walked out. ... read more

They made it easy to check in. Clean room and excellent service. Very accommodating!
