Abysmal. There's so much wrong with this place. The first thing is the beds. It was like sleeping on a concrete slab. The king mattress is 6' of recycled cinder blocks with no box spring. While my wife was in the bathroom she noticed the tub started filling with black sludge sewage water when the neighbors were taking a shower. So needless to say no showers for us.
