I called to book a room and had a buddy coming with and he ended up not being able to make it. I talked to a women in a call center and specifically asked what the cancellation policy was and she said there is no cancellation policy. So I called back to cancel and now I have been charged 170$ for cancellation. This is a great example why you should never listen to some idiot in a call center! Terrible service and I would give it 0 stars if I could.

Perfect if you are going to the casino. Great value and across the road from the entrance of Harrahs
Had two rooms this last weekend, 4/10-4/12. No water pressure or hot water! Toilet wouldn’t flush, had to plunge the toilet myself! Spent almost $$700 for two rooms for two nights. Not worth it. Still waiting for a phone call back from the manager, David. Front desk says he lives in the area but doesn’t come by often. No wonder it’s gone to shit! This is the second time we’ve been to this hotel. It has gone down hill. The weekend housekeeping people tried their best! Would not recommend!
