Absolutely awful place to stay. Construction everywhere, feels very unsafe, staff is so rude, not accommodating whatsoever, I will never ever recommend or stay here again it’s torture. They said it was a smoke free room, LIES I couldn’t breathe ! Awful

Room reeked of smoke. We booked a non-smoking room. We were told it was a non-smoking room. It reeked of smoke. My eyes burned most of the night. Our luggage now smells of smoke. There is not a single no smoking sign anywhere in the building. There are ashtrays outside at every corner.

How often are there reports of bed bugs/any other pests of that matter? This is night 1 of 7 of my stay and I have already spotted what looked like a bed bug. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Room 140.

The rooms are very old and it shows. Black sticky stuff on the floor and in the shower. Not cleaned very well either. Lots of dust behind the furniture and headboard. Had to go to the 2nd floor for ice. Afternoon staff was pleasant and helpful. The morning staff not so much. The waffles were good!
