更新：我的努力已得到回報 已成功得到Booking.com與酒店的退款回函！ 但我希望這個問題不要再發生真的是太恐怖了！ 為我辦理入住的ㄧ位戴眼鏡的男士服務態度非常好也讓我很快就拿到房卡 房間不大是吸煙房一張床、床單不乾淨不知道是什麼不明物體沾在上面，冰箱也還有上個房客遺留下的東西、最重要的是：這家酒店是我第一次碰過續房需要在網上先預定有房間才能續房的！ 更離譜的事是我幫我的朋友在booking.com預定了一週的房但我的朋友提前退房卻無法從酒店前檯拿到退款和明細，早班前檯是一位個字很小的一位印度女士態度非常不友善，她告知我們需要先向Booking.com更改定單平台同意了發送訊息告知酒店酒店才能退款給我們、我從沒碰過這種情況但我也照做了，我給Booking.com發送了更改訂房日期請求退回未使用到的、平台回覆我：Booking.com已向 Days Inn發出修改要求、遺憾的是，酒店無回應！ 這是Days Inn想就這樣把錢給吞下了嗎？ 我還是會一直追討回我朋友未使用的房費、在這家酒店入住除了幫我們辦理入住的那位男士讓我們感受到被尊重之外的ㄧ切都很不舒服！
Very happy with the room and service. The total was 108 for 3 people in one room with 2 beds. Check in was super easy. Plenty of parking spaces. The gym isn't big but it's fun if you're not use to that kind of luxury lol. I took a soak at 11 p.m. and it's the hottest water I've had in a hotel. I looked like a lobster when I got out. Just how I like it. I was very surprised. If I'm ever in the area again I will be back. The hotel is right near UVA Hospital. We stay here every time I have to take my daughter to UVA for checkups or anything. It is close to many places that she loves to eat and look around. Hotel staff is always nice and the rooms are always clean and stocked with everything we need for our stay!!
I was here for a Jeff Dunham concert. My room was fine. It was a safe and quiet place to sleep. Everything I used worked just fine. The free breakfast is what you would expect. For me it was a waffle, coffee, juice, fruit. This is an economy brand hotel, but it seems to be managed well. If all you want is a place to sleep and stay warm, then this hotel is fine.
