Do not stay here!!!!!!! Very bad area! Checked into the room and first thing we do is check the mattress! Soon as I lifted the mattress a crack pipe falls on the floor! So I went to back to the front desk showed him a picture and said nope I’m not staying here I want my money back! He said call that booking number. I did! So I’m waiting for my money right now. The Hilton garden inn was the best of the best!
I reserved the room with the King size bed and smoking and requested first floor due to medical reasons they had me on the 3rd floor. When I reserved the room on the Wyndham app wasn't the same price when I got there and they charged me $25 key fee that I'm still waiting for the refund. It's been since 8/17/2025 since I checked out and waiting for the key refund. When I pulled up in the parking lot a couple fighting and police came and locked the guy up not a good look. The room was dirty, the AC unit was broken and kept turning on and off through the whole night. The bathroom was gross. The hot water didnt work the night we got in and the next day it worked only when the toilet was flushed. online it says rated are cheaper than what I was charged not worth the $115 i was charged. It also says I have 3 different charges on my card for 2 for $140 and 1 for $115. If the two larger charges do not fall off in a couple days I will be calling and getting everything disputed.
Locks on Doors were broke. Tub didn't drain. Handle on faucet broke off. Sink water turned on only went it wanted to. Still had to pay full price for awful room.
