Not ADA compliant. They canceled my reservation for having an SD. Then, they threatened to call the police when I tried to discuss the discrimination. Hopefully, the management and staff will be educated about the ADA law.
This place discriminated against my family. We have a service dog and the girl at the front desk was asking for information she is not privileged to, it's Dr patient privileged. She also wanted to see its registration. Tried talking to her and she was being rude and would not listen to reason. She stated she had a service dog but wouldn't talk to us about her pet. She even canceled our reservation there on the spot and threatened to call the cops. Very unprofessional I wish I could give negative stars.
We had a great stay. Very convenient to everything. Not much of anywhere for dogs to use the bathroom. Breakfast was typical on the road meal. Internet shut down for most of our stay, no tv w/no internet… Staff was nice! Thank you!
My experience is always extremely pleasant staff goes above and beyond to help make major stay warm and welcome Dave make sure that they go above and beyond make sure you're comfortable that it's quiet it's clean there's no there's no problems there's no but it is an excellent excellent place to stay while in Casper the night staff Sam or Samantha is just willing to make sure that you are comfortable that everything is where it's supposed to be an up-to-date and it it's wonderful to check in is quick and easy and you're in y... read more
