Stayed here with my work crew for about a week, when I arrived an older indian woman checked me in and she was super rude and dismissive, she barely spoke to us. Me along with my other crew mates complained that the WiFi didn’t work and absolutely nothing was done about it, it turned on and off constantly, couldn’t do any work on my work laptop and it definitely affected the stay. I stayed here in January with my work crew for a week, the Sales Rep Marie convinced me and my company to stay here, Marie was professional and took good care of my crew and myself. She gave us great pricing and she also works the front desk which made checking in easy and fast. Breakfast was good for continental but could be improved with additional options. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Will definitely stay again!

I came in here at 3:30 AM exhausted on a long drive. The front desk lady named Kay was extremely kind and courteous got to my room. It was already warm when it’s been negative degrees outside the room is extremely clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. So kind and worked with me the price match a rate I found online such a welcome change of pace from what I have experienced at other hotels.
