Great value. Whole place has been renovated and very clean. Good dining options close by. Very pleased.
I stayed here for the Baloon festival In Joplin with my wife, Customer service from Curtis was amazing this young man was accommodating, and helped my morning start off great! 5 out of 5 review feom me and my wife today!
Convenient service, clean room, good proximity to downtown Carthage, within walking distance. Plenty of room to park oversize vehicles and complimentary breakfast. Great value for what was a very affordable price!
Even with a hoard of Italians checking in all at once, the front desk clerk was as polite as possible and worked with excellent efficiency! She made check in very delightful. The rooms were clean and more than sufficient! Bed was very comfortable. No coffee maker, unfortunately, but no complaints at all other than that.
The staff did not even care to look up when we get to her desk for the check-in.
