The advertisement said it came with free breakfast, it does not. They also charged me a $100 deposit and never refunded it. We left the room immaculate and did everything short of laundering the bed sheets, no reason for them not to return my deposit. I call the phone number and no one ever answers.
Don't ever stay here just for the cheap price. This hotel is next to the highway and the noise is very loud. It's impossible to sleep. I paid for three nights, but checked out after only one night. However, I haven't been refunded the remaining two nights yet.
Excellent! I’ve been to many hotels in San Diego and this one is my favorite! I admit, I always read hotel reviews to get an idea of the location and what people liked or disliked. My goal is to find: a safe, clean and quiet location to rest, comfortable bed and excellent customer service. Even though this is next to the highway, just ask for rooms on the other side of the building. This hotel met all my needs.
It was clean. Other then that... Meh. The beds were so hard I think the laminat floor would have been softer. The road noise was incredibly loud which I know they can't fix but they could have a door that didn't have a huge gap at the bottom or windows that reduced noise. The location and parking lot didn't seem super safe and I was literally checking my phone car app though out the night to make sure no one broke in.
