The restroom was for a disabled person. The shower had a square drainage that in the middle of the shower the water collects there. Ewwww gross. It takes a while to drain. Walking out of the restroom the whole floor was wet. The shower had 2 shower head. One was broke and on the wall handle. Im disabled and if I would have fallen in the wet floor due to the faulty design. Oh noooo.. very dangerous.
They messed up the reservation we made through the Wyndham site and gave our room away so we were asked to take a smaller room with not enough beds. We agreed if they could bring a roll away bed in. Which they said they would do. Then after I signed the credit card statement and got to our room they called to say they could not do that either. We then asked for a refund so we could go somewhere else and were told they would have to ask a manager TOMORROW! So basically saying we could leave and pay someone else tonight and ma... read more
Worst Hotel experience of my life! Hotel is totally run down with never ending "construction". Trash thrown everywhere. No parking. Room was dirty with sticky carpet. On top of that I stayed 2 days and the second night a big dog was barking all night. Called around midnight and apparently next door to my room was a squatter with a dog somehow. Tried to get a hold of the manager and no help whatsoever from front desk. DO NOT COME HERE
Great little place
They're in the process of remodeling, but our room had lights that didn't work at the bathroom sink, broken tiles in the bathroom, and a sticky spot on the carpet. The bedding was clean and so was the bathroom, so the important stuff was okay. Some charging ports didn't work, so bring outlet charging adapters for your electronics.
