They never refilled the soaps, shampoo and conditioner, they were always empty, not even the first day I had that, luckily I brought my own things, apart from that everything is very quiet and comfortable and it is in a good location close to important places, and the room is always clean, the pool was abandoned but I understand because it is not summer yet
The girl that worked the afternoon shift was very professional when I told her the TV had no sound she changed my room with no issues and the overnight girl was very nice also
