Booked this hotel online. It said it had adjoining rooms and it did not. It said it had breakfast and did not. It is outside access. Our toilet seat was broken and was the size of an elementary school toilet. Our bathroom door didnt flush. The shower curtain was too small to fit on the arched rod, so it leaks when you shower. It rained that weekend and leaked in to our room under the front door but you couldn't complain because no one was at the desk. Firstly, let me say Im a housekeeping supervisor for a different hotel chain and knew going in not to expect a 5 star experience but we're traveling back from New Mexico to Georgia so we just needed a place to stop for a few hours. PM Front desk host was amazing. She got us set up quickly and was very nice & outgoing. Pool was clean. Ice machine doesn't work. We arrived at almost 10pm, and the lady at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful, easily the best part of the stay.First off the shower never fully engages, then you're either going to freeze, or burn your skin off, no happy medium. Then none of the outlets around the vanity work. Also, the air was off when we arrived in our room, so trying to cool down our room to sleep was not going to happen quickly (Texas in August!). And at 8am there was absolutely NO breakfast!
