Online it said pet friendly, but when arriving that was apparently not the case.
This was one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly.
Checkout is at 11am. At 10am they were knocking on our door waking our child up. This happened 2 more times between 10am and 10:30am. I eventually went to front desk and they gave an excuse they started earlier… earlier than check out time? ridiculous!!
