This hotel was a bit of a last resort considering all surrounding places are charging 200-300 a night, this one being 120 a night, however the room is okay BUT I noticed an orange sphere shaped object under the ac while I was laying down in the small beds (definitely not suited for 2 adults) when I reached under I pulled out a moldy orange, delicious! For the price on the room this is a great value. Very friendly staff, clean, and a good place. If your looking for a top of the line hotel. This probably isn't for you. If you are looking for a hotel thats clean and friendly and comfortable and affordable for your stay, this is a good one. My handicapt accessible room had grab bar next to the toilet. I loved the industrial design of the rooms—exposed brick and high ceilings gave it a very loft-like feel. It was a nice change from the standard "cookie-cutter" hotel rooms. The location is in a very trendy part of the city too.
I booked a room here on Saturday, the room was very dirty. The shower had mud in the bottom of the tub. The pillows had hair and what looked like blood stains on them. The front desk lady told me she couldn't give me a refund and proceeded to tell me I had to wait for the manager.. I called today and Douglas.. the manager told me I was a liar and his cleaning people would never leave the room like that.. I would say this place is very dirty and has very bad customer service.
