Girl at the desk was disgruntled. Sketchy people in the parking lot. Room was not clean. It was an overnight stop on a long drive when we were too tired to drive anymore. Bedspread was white with stains & more. I went to Walmart and bought our own sheets & pillowcases & LYSOLed the ENTIRE room prior to using. There was hair on the sink & in the bathtub. Piled their linens & towels in the corner & used the Walmart replacements. Price should have been $49 for this unclean place, Motel 6 would have been a better choice.
The owner said he had a room until I mentioned I had a service dog, and he told me he didn't have anything at that point and told me to check across the way! These damn people need to read the ADA guidelines and policies! This is disgusting
We checked in on January 24th and checked out before check out time on January 25th. There again the cleaning lady had to check us out and did not know how to use the office equipment... When we got to the hotel/motel, looks are very deceiving. The owner was not even on the premises. The cleaning lady had to call her in order to register us and give us a room key. BED BUGS, BED BUGS AND DID I SAY MORE BED BUGS...... IF YOU LIKE BUGS THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!
I stayed at the hotel for four days for work. I understand that I should not have expectations about this kind of hotel, but the lady at the front desk offered the worst customer service I have ever had, having such a bad attitude since the moment I checked in. They also Do Not respect DND at the door. I will never stay at this hotel again and warn people not to stay as well. They shouldn't be working in the hospitality industry at any level.
