overall, the experience was OK. I just don’t like the old carpet smell in our room. but it’s OK for the price
The location is genuinely convenient — it’s close to major roads, shopping centers, and plenty of dining options, making it easy to get around Calgary without hassle. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, which made check-in smooth. That said, the room service situation was a bit disappointing; our room wasn’t cleaned during our stay, which definitely put a damper on the stay.
