1 Star Unfortunately, this was one of the most frustrating hotel experiences I’ve had. When I arrived to check in, the process took nearly 30 minutes. I had my booking number ready and repeatedly explained that the last name on the reservation was different from the last name on my ID. I mentioned this at least six times, but every time I tried to explain, the front desk agent cut me off and told me to wait. Stayed for two nights. The rooms were clean and the service was good. Location is good however it is kinda loud by a busy street. Breakfast was ok. Lounge is not open every day. There were some elevator issues on the second day but it was resolved quickly. Didn't use the pool or any other facilities so can't speak to those.
Im writing this review to get the attention of the MANAGEMENT. Our safety put in danger ‼️ because of your elevator. I have my son with me we experience safety issues. We used the elevator to 3rd floor , and all of the sudden we felt that the elevator jump down to 2nd floor , we got scared and its stays there For a while and then it goes back to the lobby. I called the front desk to report it and they mentioned that it was already reported, but still they let the guest to use the elevator ????? This is unacceptable my son is... read more
Hotel is not worth calling a Wyndham property. The staff seemed to be having a bad day when we checked in. The elevator - still not functioning well. We found a few reviews saying the same already, so its more of my fault of still booking a room here. I would not call it family friendly. Parking is open air, on ground parking although there is underground parking that was closed when we checked in. Rooms did not have even a kettle for hot water and coffee machine is out dated too.
