Room 405's door doesn't shut properly, the roof by the swimming pool has obvious problems with the air-conditioning causing water damage to the ceiling. The location is nice snd close to the mall
The overall experience while I was at the hotel was fine but unfortunately they lost a customer in me after they neglected to delete my credit card information from their system leading to a $200 charge several days after I had checked out. I have since been refunded the amount but I have yet to receive an apology or explanation. The manager should have reached out to explain the issue and apologise but I did not once speak with the manager about the issues. Good location if you want to stay close to downtown. 5 minute walk to an LRT station and 30 minute walk to the dome. The room had 2 double beds but they were so small my wife and I slept in separate beds. The shower made a constant squealing noise when using it. Breakfast was pretty good with a decent selection.
