Bad Service experience i will not recommend even the supervisor is not professional to treat the customer ....
We made a reservation about weeks ago to have an overnight stay on Aug 9-10. Our friend made the reservation for us and when they arrived in the Hotel, they were informed by the Manager named SANDEEP that in order for the bookings to be confirmed, they need to breakdown our reservation from being under 1 name to 4 names (since we are family of 4). Extremely disappointing experience. The service I received was unacceptable, particularly in how escalated issues were handled. Your staff — especially Sandeep — clearly needs further training in effective communication, delivering difficult messages professionally, and maintaining a solution-oriented attitude. I really enjoy my stay each time I go there, thank you!. Only thing it was the breakfast was ok, but the potatoes breakfast was old, no fresh one.
The kids enjoyed the place especially the pool. Nice family size double room too with a double bunk
