Poor service, Worse rooms. We're aware that we didn't pay for a resort or even a three star experience. Frankly, our options were limited due to having two dogs for whom we couldn't get a sitter. We have stayed here in the past, however, maybe 2-3 years ago, and used to frequents the place before then. However, it's gotten worse each time, and this was the worst hotel experience we've had. Very clearly under construction. Pool unavailable. Dirty floors, toothpick, broken plastic and change. Provided no towels nor soaps. Bolts left in drawer, another drawer had a broken alarm clock and a hair pin. Bathtub had leftover soap and hair. Bathroom sink leaked and water just poured on the floor when turned on. A/C unit made loud noises. Around 8am the power went off a couple times which made the microwave beep and the TV come on. Broken lamp shades.

There appears to be black mold on the ceiling of room 117, and black hairs in the bed. I don't have black hair.

I booked a two-night stay but had to cancel after checking in due to poor room conditions. The lights in the room didn’t work properly—I had to use my phone flashlight to get around. The bathtub was clogged and completely unusable, and even after reporting it to the front desk, nothing was done. I reached out to Hotels.com for help, but the automated support was unhelpful. I ended up booking another room for the next night. Very disappointed with the experience and lack of resolution.
