Update: I have received a refund from my credit card company. Update: I attempted to contact them twice to get a refund but both times it went nowhere. I used the booking sight to try to get my refund and they reached out on my behalf. Days Inn claims I was a no show which is a lie. The second time I emailed management and they told be they cannot issue me a refund because the credit card I used had expired. Despite the fact my credit card account is still open and valid. The room was clean, and they are pet friendly. That is why I gave a 4 star rating. Here are my complaints- #1 they have 1 luggage rack for the whole hotel! #2 Lock up your vehicle because there is an abundance of folks without permanent addresses in the area. #3 the rooms are on the small side, and the beds have sheet metal skirting. I have never seen this before but it makes ALOT OF NOISE!
Pretty nice rooms. Clean, bright, and well laid out.
