Terrible room . Should have stayed in an old roadside motel instead would have been cleaner than this dump. Do not stay there!
El lobby estaba cerrado cuando llegamos y tardaron más de 20 min en venir para poder hacer check in, la puerta de la habitación estaba vencida y era un problema siempre para abrirla , había cucarachas, el baño es demasiado pequeño,el aire no enfriaba bien, los colchones no son cómodos , el desayuno es huevos duros y yogurt, la alberca estaba verde, lo único bueno del hotel es su ubicación
The night staff in the office was exceptional. The problem was that we arrived to our assigned room that was not usable. The 3 lamps in the room did not work as well as the tv. There was a shortage of bath and hand towels (only2) and only 1 disposable coffee cup to use. The carpet looked grungy and needed a good shampoo. We reported it and the night staff and he immediately moved us to another room. The second room was great and all was good. Over all, the room was good and the price was right for a one night stay.
